Clarithromycin achieved a clinical success rate of 96.7% after treatment and radio logic resolution or improvement was observed in 86.7% of patients. There was no abnormal findings in laboratory test after treatment Adverse effects were noted in 6.6% of gastrointestinal disturbances, such as indigestion and skin rash, were commonly occuring in the treatment of clarithromycin.
